1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and obaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the obaje website at obaje.vip and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — written or verbal — between you and obaje.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum single deposit on obaje is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your obaje wallet immediately upon successful processing by your payment provider. obaje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, including bKash or Nagad service outages.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. You must have completed KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Payment Method Restrictions: The payment method used for a withdrawal must, wherever operationally possible, match the method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent redirection of funds.
Transaction Limits: obaje reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on individual accounts or payment methods as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention policies. Players will be notified of any applicable limits affecting their account.
Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. obaje will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder before applying any dormant account policy. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting the support team and completing a re-verification process.

If bonus abuse is detected, obaje reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any associated winnings, and close the player's account.
obaje's Right to Modify Promotions: obaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and for which wagering requirements are actively being fulfilled at the time of the change.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a player on obaje, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on obaje and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

7. Account Suspension & Closure
obaje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- A player is found to be, or reasonably suspected to be, under the age of 18.
- A player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- A player has operated, or is suspected of operating, multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A player has engaged in, or is reasonably suspected of engaging in, bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud, or collusion.
- obaje is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
- A player's account has been dormant for 12 or more consecutive months and the player has not responded to contact attempts.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their obaje account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five working days. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
Self-Exclusion: Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons should use obaje's self-exclusion feature rather than a standard closure request. Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your right to access obaje services ceases immediately. All pending bonus wagering requirements are cancelled and associated bonus funds are forfeited.
